Expected response time

We typically reply within one business day (Monday–Friday). GameLedger serves venues in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, so if you write outside our working hours we'll get back to you as soon as we're online.

What to include

To help us help you faster, please tell us:

  • Your venue name (if you already have an account).
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead — a screenshot is worth a thousand words.
  • The booking reference or affected date/time, if it's about a specific reservation.
